Booking / Check in
We do hire Tregarton Cottage which is located at the entrance to the park. We do NOT have any static caravans or holiday homes. Our touring caravan park only accepts touring caravans, motorcaravans and tents.
ALL bookings are valid from midday on the day of arrival until 11am day of departure.
We accept bookings for any day of the week, minimum stays apply to the Summer holidays.
Yes, dogs are welcome. Dogs must remain on leads at all times whilst on our park. We only permit two dogs per pitch. Dogs are allowed on our local beach.
Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool/shop/cafe complex, the toilets, showers or the launderette.
We’ve recently built a dog patio near to the swimming pool complex for you to enjoy with your dog. We have installed a large parasol to offer some shade on the hot sunny days here in Cornwall.
Following our directions, all roads to the park are wide enough to ensure a trouble free approach to the park.
We do not accept single sex groups.
No, we operate from 1st May until 28th September 2024.
Your deposit is non-refundable. We recommend you purchase holiday insurance.
Unfortunately we don’t give refunds if you have to depart early. If you know you need to depart earlier than your current departure date before arriving, we strongly recommend you let us know. If your stay is shortened upon arrival or during your stay, you will be required to pay for the length of stay that you originally booked.
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds. The weather is beyond our control and we will not issue any refund for cancellations due to the weather conditions. The only circumstance in which a refund might be issued is if we have to cancel your booking due to the conditions of the park not being suitable.
Facilities
You do NOT have to pay to use any of our facilities, tennis rackets can be hired at reception at 50p per hour, per racket.
Yes, our WiFi network covers all 12 acres of the park, ensuring all pitches can access the internet.
No, we do not have a family bathroom. We do have a baby bath though.
Yes, we have a purpose built wetroom with WC, shower and hand basin

Pitches

Yes you can, and we recommend you advance book to save the pitch you would like. We recognise that each customer is an individual and that everyone has individual preferences and needs.
Yes, we do allow caravans and tents to mix.
All pitches have a 240 volt / 10 amp power supply. We do operate a fair use policy.
No, standard awning pegs will work fine.
Yes we do allow both BBQ’s and small fire pits as long as they are off the ground. If your smoke affects other pitches you will be required to put out your fire/bbq.
Yes, gazebos are allowed at no additional cost.
Yes we allow 1 pup tent per pitch.
Yes, all our pitches are divided with hedging or shrubs to ensure no over-crowding.
No, we do not offer seasonal pitches or storage facilities.
Yes, we will site and level your tourer free of charge.
Out & About
We are one and a half miles by road from our closest bay, Porthluney Cove.
We are 9 miles from the town of St. Austell, 4 miles from the fishing village of Mevagissey and just over a 1 mile from our local village of Gorran
Yes there is. The bus stops at the park entrance. The bus route goes to Gorran Haven, Mevagissey and St. Austell.
